Natalie Portman has been named brand ambassador
for Parfums Christian Dior. Portman was once the face
for the Te Casan vegan shoe collection, but this is the
first time the Golden Globe winning actress has
represented a fragrance and cosmetics brand, reports
Women's Wear Daily. The Harvard University graduate
will join an elite group of Christian Dior spokesbeauties
including Charlize Theron, Sharon Stone and Monica
Bellucci.
The 28 year-old actress told V magazine last year that
"You see people who were stars five years ago and
already they're waning. As actresses approach 40, it
starts becoming really, really difficult." We guess the
young beauty figures now is the perfect time to capitalize
on her youthful and angelic features.
No word yet on when we can expect the first campaign
