Sunday
FashionQandA.com could
not wait until Sunday night
to attend the
Pistol
Panties
show! Designer
Deborah Fleming debuted
her Pistol Panties Spring
Summer 2009 swimwear
collection, titled "Nights in
Deauville," which was
inspired by Ancient
Egyptian silhouettes and
the Art Deco Era in
Deauville, France.
The luxury and
sumptuousness of the Era
was  seen in the swimsuits’
Swarovski-encrusted
necklines and belts, and in
the luxurious bikinis
bejeweled in shades of
and smoky emerald.  We
absolutely loved the huge
colorful hats that added a
spectacular & sexy
panache. The Blue and
red polka dots, ruffled
necklines, and sleek
marine and cream
shimmery suits captured
essence of old French
vintage swimsuits.

The final show of Sunday night
was
Cia Maritima and Benny
Rosset's visual art deco line of
animal prints in zebra and python,
zig zag knits, retro, sixties styles-
was a varied batch. Rosset's
designs were both provocative
and charming, fitting for any
setting and mood, his sexy
Brazilian roots showed through
the 2009 line.

Monday
The fashion showcase ended on Monday evening
with V i X, the brand celebrated its 10th anniversary
with an homage to its classic, detail-laden
silhouettes. White, brown, green, pink and gray
dominated the palette with stripes, tie-dye, and
optical prints adding intrigue. Turquoise stones,
metallic studs, black, gold and turquoise enamel
hardware and elegant beading created trademark
V i X looks. Designer Paula Hermanny knows how to
turn heads.

whose show stopping itty-bitty pink polka dot bikinis--with stripes to
match were fantastic! Pink and white added a sweet, innocent, fun
flavor--and the spectators loved it —The classic ultra feminine
swimwear collection by desginer Paola Robba also featured super
sexy black bikinis and cut-out beige and white one piece suit, which
were our favorites.
