Mariouche Gagne’ opened her first boutique in 2002. The space orginially was a bank
and utilizing her creative genius she transformed the once corporate space into a chic
heaven and workshop to aId in her design process.
The queen of Canadian green fashion is designer Mariouche Gagné (left), with her label Harricana.
Gagné's line incorporates recycled fur coats. Her fun and inventive designs puts to the test the PETA famed
saying, "I'd rather go naked than wear fur."

For the Summer, Gagné constructed dresses and tunics made of reused scarves (pictured on model
lower left). A sexy summery must this season is from Harricana's jewellery line, which includes strings of
recycled fur pearls! Even when the sun is shining, Gagné never looses sight of her lines staple.
